As Of 04/24/2012
Last night during the night, a car was stolen from the driveway of a Westin Hills IV resident. We want to notify all residents of this and remind you to keep cars locked, if you park them in your driveway or on the street. Please keep an eye out for suspicious activity and call 911 to report anything unusual.

The Westin Hills IV Homeowner Association Semi Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 27, 2012. The meeting will be held at 6:30 pm at StoneBridge Church located at 15801 Butler Avenue.
As Of 12/20/2011
A reminder, that all homeowners who pay their monthly Association Fees with a personal check will begin receiving monthly statements. Watch your mail/email, as January statements will be sent out soon. Homeowners who pay through ACH or their bank Billpay will not receive statements.
As Of 12/15/2011
A reminder that beginning in January, the coupon payment slips will no longer be used. Monthly statements will be either mailed or emailed to those who pay with a personal check. Homeowners that pay association fees using ACH or their bank Billpay, will not receive statements.
