Abe’s has new trucks that require the use of their 95 gallon containers in order to be emptied into the truck. Effective immediately, all residences must have a 95 gallon container in order for your trash to be picked up. If you have more trash bags than can fit in the container, you may place them on the ground beside the container. The service man will empty the container, put the extra bags in the container and empty it again. Large items that do not fit in the container may continue to be placed on the ground beside the container. Recyclables are picked up by a different truck and remain the same.

The Annual Meeting for the Westin Hills Homeowners Association will be held Thursday, January 19, 2012 at 6:30 pm, at Flatland Church located at 4801 N. 144th Street.

A reminder, that all homeowners who pay their monthly Association Fees with a personal check will begin receiving monthly statements. Watch your mail/email, as January statements will be sent out soon. Homeowners who pay through ACH or their bank Billpay will not receive statements.

Since Christmas Day and New Year's Day fall on the weekend, there will be no change in Abe's trash service on those weeks. Also, a reminder that beginning in January, the coupon payment slips will no longer be used. Monthly statements will be either mailed or emailed to those who pay with a personal check. Homeowners that pay association fees using ACH or their bank Billpay, will not receive statements.
